I have full time job and part time job.and if you really want it bad you find a way around it to make the time.I work wkends also and I still make the time to fit in my workouts before I go to work.And even if im tired i get my butt in there and workout.

1600 calories to maintain my weight.plus I workout 4 times a week for hour or so.and do sum cardio.
