Started April 1st, 167 now down to 144. 61 years old. I've always been mindful of my eating habits,,,,however over time you start eating more and more....my calorie intake is at 1500,,,try to keep my carbs at 100. Yoga 30 minutes every second day...Pickleball twice weekly and walks.....so far so good...
