I had the Fitbit surge, now changed to the blaze. They are both very good. But found the surge a bit bulky on my wrist and the band was pretty wide too. That sounds like a great idea. I may have to invest in a smoothie maker. I do struggle to get my 5 a day too. I did get myself a soup maker and now make all my own soup using fresh ingredients. Thanks, That's what I've learnt so far. Crash diets don't really work not in the long term anyway. They can be good for loosing weight quickly. But hard to maintain the weight loss afterwards. My plan is to make small changes in my diet regularly and introduce more exercise gradually into my daily routines. So it doesn't…
