When I want something to snack on I snack on fruits (pears, oranges & apples), or Fusia Crunchy Rice Rolls. They are really tasty. 8 grams of carbs, 4 grams of sugar, no fat and they are 38 calories per roll. Try them, I'm pretty sure you will like them. I get them at Aldi.

I also have a lot of weight to lose. But I take it one day at a time. Sometimes I'm discouraged with my weight loss, plan, but I can't let that stop me. I finally decided in my life; I don't want to be a fat person any longer. I want to be fit and healthy. Just don't give up we can do!!!

What would you eat in the one meal and what time did you eat that one meal. I'm very interested in during the one meal a day. Also Congratulation on you success!!! I can imagine how great you feel.
