  • Losing weight is 80% diet, 20% exercise. I set my weekly goal to -1 lbs per week; if I do -1.5 or -2.0 I am miserable. I turn off the step and exercise calories that add to my daily calories. I'd rather not complicate things or I'd rather not worry about it. Check out this article that came out two days ago.…
