I agree with the post above.. if you are not prepared it is super easy just to eat anything. I have my meals planned out the night before (I basically eat the same things everyday, so that is easy). Also start small.. make little goals everyday and remember it takes 2 weeks to detox sugar out of your body.. it's a tough 2…

I think a personal trainer is totally worth it. I have learned a lot from mine and am comfortable in the gym lifting weights on my own and knowing that I am doing the workouts correctly.
