What are the good creams to use on your skin as you are losing the weight? I have to say that was my biggest fear about losing weight because of all the television shows about it. Going into a clothing store and realizing that I have more options available to me. Almost out of the Big girl clothes and can now look in the XL section of regular clothing stores.

I hate to say this but it depends - On how much you have to lose What your height it Are the clothes you are currently wearing really tight, loose, etc I have to say I really started to notice around 20 pounds. SW was 250 and height 5'2"

Good Morning - had a bad day yesterday. Did not make my 10K step goal, went out to dinner, and even though I measured my snack yesterday had way too much. Went over my calorie goal for the day. I am going to Disney world for 4 days and then a 7 day cruise. My goal in August is to weigh what I did at the end of July.

Thank you everyone. I used to love cereal but thinking back I was always hungry about an hour or two later. I usually eat breakfast around 6am and then lunch around 12pm. Eggs do fill me up better and a banana or a few nuts hold around 10am hold me until lunch.

Hi there. I am 5'2" also. SW 250 CW 205 GW 150 I think I started to really notice the difference in my clothes around 25 pounds. Take your measurements - waist, bust, hips, etc. and that will give you a better idea. Now at 45 pounds there is a really big difference.
