  • Tonight, we had sweet potato, black beans, brussel sprouts, with guac and salsa.....that's not really cooking....it was good, but the sweet potato and beans tipped the carb scale....by 29 grams.....I should have had half the potato.... I can post some yum and easy recipes if u like...or some ideas for recipes
