No-I had lost 20 pounds prior..but the rest was in six months. All I did was stick to my calorie counter of 1200 calories a day. Started eating less carbs which made a big difference, but I am bringing them back more into my diet. I think the diet portion is huge. Otherwise, I try to walk more. Recently started jogging 3.5…
