My further off goal is to get to the weight I was when I remember saying "oh crap" "I've really gained a lot of weight and I'm FAT and feel terrible" that amount is 30 pounds away!!

My mini goal is to lose a few more pounds for my new drivers license picture I have to take this month. I want to be down close to 20 at that point !

I find it hard too. It's not falling off me. But I think that's because I always ate pretty healthy just too much. People who drink soda and eat fast food and then stop will drop 40 pounds in a month !!

Hi I would like to see your picture update if you wanted to send privately. What 5'11 at 150 looks like on you. I would love to be 175 and I thought that was pretty good on me ! I wonder if I should strive for 155 ??

I love all these stories !! My NSV is noticing visibly less back fat !! Ha !! Whoot whoot! I have not measured inches but have lost about 10 pounds since January 9.

I'm a wine drinker and decided to give it up for February. I've lost weight for the first time and I truly believe it is the wine because I never ate that bad. I am losing slowly though so I need to step up exercise. I am worried about February ending so I might stick with the Jo drinking for awhile ;)

Yes. I need the daily routine of logging in and reading success stories. I don't get a lot of support or congrats from friends and family. So unfortunately I have to pump myself up and hopefully get support here !

Wow. What did you do to lose that much since January? I've only lost about 10 and that was like pulling teeth ! No drinking. No cheese. No caffeine. Working out. Doing it all.

I went out of town with my sister We normally drink wine together. She was surprised I wasn't drinking. But didn't pressure me. She continued having her red wine and I was fine with soda water.

That could be tough ! I'm having dinner with gf's tonite but haven't been out out ! ;) It hasn't been as hard for me as i thought it would be. But i have lost weight so it's motivating me !

Great work everybody. I am on day 23 without. I have been out a few times for dinner. It hasn't been as difficult as I thought. I am feeling better in the morning and not so foggy. I don't know how new they are. But I just tried bubba veggie burgers. They are soooo good. You can see big chunks of vegetables in them. You do need to cook in a pan to get a good sear on the outside. But 120 calories. Great veggie lunch !

I love Greek fat free yogurt and try to eat every morning for protein. A few days ago I saw Kroger has a store brand that included vegetables with the fruit in the little side flip. I've never seen that before. You can taste the vegetables so it was kinda weird, but still sweet from the fruit. I tried…

I drink caffeine free unsweetened green tea, camomile, and spice tea. Cold and hot all day long. I love it
