Cut all liquid calories. And all added sugar. This will be hard, but weightloss is 80/20. 80% food 20% exercise. Do home workout from YouTube called HITT Workouts. You'll see results soon enough!

Only cardio is in MFP as far as I'm aware. Muscle has mass, therefore it won't really be able to be logged for weightloss.
