Friday fitness.. Walked 41 mins, didn't crave more mini-wheats. This weekend I will have a serving of cake and ice cream, but no more. We are celebrating my daughters 5th birthday!

New here, sort of. I've used MFP before, but lost focus and assumed I didn't need to track. I've done good for a week and have three friends who logged more than 3 months. Here's to new habits @cjbrummet!!!!
