  • I'd start asking him to write the workout down for at the end of each session as well -- he should considering you paid for it lol. Keep a good week or two of those and you can just interchange those workouts to guide you until you're comfortable.
  • If you don't already -- you should check out ObesetoBeast on youtube and follow his journey -- he talks about competition and loose skin. Super motivating kid.
  • Sooo I always thought that if I strength trained my inner thighs, that they would thin out -- not true. This caused them to just get bigger --lost the flub but they grew lol. I would focus on losing fat overall and the thighs will ultimately thin out.
  • When I ran my first race, my trainer told me this and it really helped me mentally. Run
  • I'm 5'5" and stick around 140. I was happiest at 128 but have put on quite a bit of muscle since then and can fit into my old clothes so I think it's all relative. I'd definitely just check in with your Doctor who would know you best.
