  • Stop making excuses and finally, finally get to a healthy weight. I have been on MFP for at least 5 years and always do well for 3-6 months (trying to lose 80lbs) and then fall off due to work travel and stress. I just turned 30 and 2020 is NOT going to be the same.

  • I use my calories suggestion from MFP, even though i have my Alta synced and i can see the calories in/out on my dashboard i don't use any of that information only because MFP has worked for me eating at 1200 (lost 18lbs since 3.2016) and maybe 100 back from exercise that i get from fitbit.
