I'm having a difficult time. I am exercising taking vitamins, watching my calories, especially my sweets and seem to be stuck at the same weight. I'm frustrated but will continue hopefully I will get on the darn scale and find that I have lost at least 3 pds. Not much to ask for.

Food is comfort for so many of us. We were told to clear our plates leave nothing behind. So for those of us who grew up with this leaving food on our plates is a sin. (Catholic up bringing) Lol.

I have trouble just not over eating snacks, slowly change to healthier one's but have a hard time with snacks not so with food.
