I don't do keto - just calorie counting and exercise. I have lost 125 lbs. so far and am just above Onederland. 750 days into this thing and I feel I am just getting started... Stay strong and you can do anything you want.

Great job Robby. I also agree that the only long term is driven by determination and desire. I started this journey at 327 lbs. just under 2 years ago and now I am at 200 lbs. I am 47 and I know if I can head in the right direction then anyone can. Keep up the good work and set your goals.

OP, they are all correct... Set your data on MFP and let it calculate for you. Then just stick with it. I started at 327 pounds, went with the data MFP provided and did not adjust until at least 6 months in. I am currently at 200 pounds and have maintained that for about 5 months.

Any and all may add me if you would like. I have logged on MFP for around 580 days straight and have lost over 120 lbs. I have maintained this loss for about 5 months now. I have an open dairy and am considering losing a little bit more.

Best case is to eat half your exercise calories back. You never want to take the chance and eat back too many. You can carry some calories over as long as you do not short your bodies needs on a daily basis. It all adds up in the end.

Feel free to add me. I have lost over 100 lbs. so far and am still going strong. I started this journey in January of this year (2016) and the key is to track and log everything you consume. I agree to start slow with walking; I could only do 10 minutes at 2 mph when I began and now I do about 4 miles every morning. You…

Log everything you have, daily... It helps me to log some of my items a day in advance. Feel free to add me and I have an open diary if you want to look at my meals. I started off barely doing 10 minutes at 2.5 on the treadmill and I am now doing 45 minutes at 3.5 (with some jogging mixed in) every day. I have lost 40.2…
