I love soylent 2.0. Been on it since november. Lost 40lbs now, its pretty neutral tasting and easy because its bottles already so you dont have to whip it up!

Usuaully they say you can lose about 2lbs a week, safely... without much muscle loss. so about 55lbs is reasonable if you lose 2lbs every single week. Sure you can lose more, or less but it all depends on how much youre eating.
