My wife makes it very very difficult for me to watch my weight as well. And I got all the way up to 285 pounds, and then very very careful over the course of the next two years and got down on the 180ish. She slowly introduced junk food and stuff back, and I climbed back up to about 235. Managed to stop and get down to 190…

That depends on your self-control. I know people who re-eat (is that a word?) their entire weeks calorie deficit on their cheat days. Then they wonder why they're not losing.

Sometimes you need to feed the Cravings. As long as you're not doing it everyday or every meal you should be ok. I allow myself a cheat meal once a week maybe twice a week depending. We often enjoy a pizza, and maybe on another day will have a bit of frozen yogurt or maybe an Ice Cream Sandwich. It helps kill the cravings,…

You really don't burn that many calories, don't even bother to log it. Consider them free calories burned.

Chug a bottle of water just before you leave to go home, or right after you get home. It should help curb your appetite a bit. It works well for me.

Just look at your progress chart. If you start to see spikes on Monday or Tuesday after your bad on the weekend, well... There you go. It does make a difference. Sunday used to be difficult for me. Especially in the winter, I'd hang out inside watch tv, play games and snack. Now I've cut my snacking way down and the weight…

I weigh myself every single day. It has its ups and downs, but I think I have a better grasp on what my body is doing that way, so I can adjust things during the week if need be.

Feel free to add me if you like :-)

log every single thing you eat. Good habits...

We have completely eliminated soda has a mixer in favor of plane seltzer. That saves us quite a few soda calories every time we have a few drinks. And it tastes pretty good, especially with things like flavored vodka :-)

Cheat day? No. Cheat MEAL? Occasionally.

I see this a lot. Having a cheat day is detrimental to weight loss. Maybe a cheat meal, but not all whole day.
