If it falls within my calorie goal then I don't count it. There are no set rules here, so you can set your own goals :smiley:

I just use an actual pedometer partly to do with $$ but also alot of my walks are with me pushing my daughter in her pram so as far as I'm aware things like fitbit can't track "steps" without the movement of your arms. Could be an interesting month now that my two year daughter has discovered the my pedometer opens and has a button (reset button). Haha I'm just going to have to keep an eye and know what my steps are throughout the day.
