Thanks @lamlam2013 for setting up a new month. April I did okish, May turned out to be dismal. I need to make June work for me. I'm planning on hitting my goal by the end of this month and I know that this accountability will help me immensely :smiley:

Don't worry yourself with fad diets with low carb high protein or any others gloating around. Just eat a well rounded diet with plenty of fresh foods and track your calories. Good Luck in hitting your goals.
