I'm 5'3. hoping to lose 47 lbs to reach my goal of 110. I've lost a total of 28 lbs so far and lost 6 lbs this week. I'm hoping I'll be able to keep it all off.

a way for me to stay motivated is to set specific weight and/or fitness goals through out the year. for example: I want to lose 10 pounds by February 1st or I want to run 1 mile by my birthday, it could even be not eating any junk at that party your friend invited you to. small goals keep you motivated so it doesn't feel…
