You can find free workouts on youtube and fitness blender. Eat lightly after 7pm by eating fruits, yogurts. Watermelon is amazing for this time of the day bcause you can eat quite a lot to fill you up but it's not high calorie :D

If you find you crave before bed, it's okay to have a big cup of hot chocolate as long as it's not 100% milk based. Something like a yogurt to eat. This really helped me cut down eating late after work :)
