Like everyone has said def eat more. Since you are planning to do cardio and lifting you need energy to finish your sets. Eating more will help you out once you start lifitng heavy.

Good job man! What lifting routine are you doing? I am currently at your starting weight around 215 now. My SW was 295 april 2015. Started lifting this year and would def want to be where you are now by at least end of the year.

Mine is probably same as you around 30ish pounds.

Everyone keeps asking on how much more weight I have lost. But I've actually plateaued for 2 months now. I guess heavy lifting is really making a difference in my body structure.
-
Still a work in progress. Gotta keep going

If you took time to write all that doing daily logging should be nothing for you.
-
Here's my screen shot to give you an idea. I think i missed a day though.

Thanks for the tip. Do you know if they have that here in LA?

Yup it's in almost everything. That's the reason I stopped buying turkey/chicken slices for sandwiches. It's just loaded with sodium.

Congrats man. Keep going . I started a year ago on 4/1/15 295 and now at 215. Its hard work but very doable. Stay motivated and it will pay off.

60 lbs in first 8 months. 80 lbs in 1 year. SW 295 CW 215.
-
Never logged my exercise. I just log my food accurately and lost 80 lbs in a year.
-
Ahhh ONEderland congrats. Hoping to get there in 3 months or less.
-
Just trust the process and give it time. As long as your logging correctly and eating at a deficit the weight will come off.

I agree with everyone. Just enjoy yourself while on vacation.

IF 16:8 works for me cause I always skip breakfast.
-
Was thinking of doing 5:2 IF but seems too brutal for me lol. I'm on the 16:8 and I do like it since I tend to skip breakfast anyways.

#1 rule for me is I don't drink my calories.
