Waking up before my alarm & the dog makes his way over and snuggles in. Fishing on crisp Spring or Fall day. Listening to my hubby sing his version of songs. My boys (however, with raging teenage hormones, they fall on the opposite spectrum also!)

I use unsweetened almond milk...which I love. However, one serving of this instantaneously puts me over on my fats for the day. Any suggestions!

I'd love to join! 46 here, 160, want to get back to 130, preferably 120. Fibro pain now ramping up - take gabapentin and doc just up'd it to try to help. Looking into water activities in my area, hoping to gain strength back as well. Been logging my food for about a month and finally ready to make changes. We can do this!!!
