Today was P90X3 Eccentric lower, followed by lawn mowing & hauling 40 lb bags of dirt and mulch. Feeling it in my lower half for sure today.

I'm under 190 for the first time in almost 15 years!

I like time-bound programs. They work well for me. Which one you choose will depend on what type of exercise you prefer. P90X3 works well for me because it's only 30 minutes, 90 days, a different workout everyday since I get bored easily, and I generally prefer strength training over cardio. It is pricey, and you do need…

Way to go @Sixlees ! You're making great progress!

I weigh daily, first thing in the morning, because I like to see patterns for things like water retention. I know it can spike up several pounds in one day, and it doesn't bother me. I only log losses, though.

Way to go! Sometimes you have to hit a wall to find the door! Excellent progress! Way to own it!!!

I hope these show up okay. I finished the first four weeks of P90X3 on Saturday and took progress photos yesterday. I'm down 10 pounds between my first photos and these. I can see I've lost in my butt and legs, and I've lost the creases in my back. I know I've lost in my belly, but it's hard to see. I'm on track so far for…

Congratulations on your wonderful progress! Having several family members with PCOS, I understand that weight loss can be quite the struggle for those diagnosed. Keep up the good work! Best wishes on meeting your fitness goals!

@fontes830 That's funny! Yep, I'm vegan. Open diary, too!

Did 30 minutes of Accelerator. Stayed within my calorie goal. I even had to think up a late night snack to keep from being too low. Not a bad day!

Check out Lindsay Nixon's Happy Herbivore cookbooks. Most of the recipes don't call for anything exotic or expensive. Her lentil loaf is fantastic and very satisfying. I also like to eat a simple soup with my meals to help fill me up without a lot of additional calories. I'm also a big beans & rice fan. Bean burritos are…

Just a heads up for after the baby comes, I'm nursing and eating about 1800 calories per day and losing a little more than 2 pounds per week.

I've gained 40 pounds on Depo, and I've lost 70 pounds on Depo. You can go either way.

For sandals, Birkenstocks are great for PF. I wore them constantly, indoors and out, and that was the only thing I did and it went away in a couple of months. They are pricey and there is a 2-week break in period, but once they mold to your feet, they are wonderful. I love Brooks running shoes. I used to buy cheap shoes…

I'm starting week 4 of P90X3, which is a transition week, so today was Isometrix. Who knew you could work up a sweat just standing around? I had my usual breakfast, ate a fantastic lunch, then had a bean burrito for a snack on my way to help a friend with an emergency. I missed dinner because I was busy helping out, but…
