I love my high waisted New Balance leggings... they wick sweat away, don't fade, fit well and are comfy. I got them at Tjmaxx and another pair at Marshall's.

I like to use boneless chicken thighs in the crockpot and cook it on low.

Buy a bag of potatoes. They're good boiled, baked or cut like wedges n fried. Put chicken, veggies n pasta w water and spices in the crockpot and let it cook overnight. Pasta is good too, you could eat it w tomatoe sauce for dinner and eat it cold w Italian dressing for lunch.

I like Applegate chicken sausages, they come in a variety of flavors. I get them at Whole Foods, I'm sure other stores sell them too.

It takes effort, planning and work... but if you did it once, YOU CAN DO IT AGAIN! Might feel frustrating at first, but don't waste your time and energy beating yourself up for gaining weight... Start again and focus on all of the positive things you will experience by trying again.

2 or 3 times a week. Washing it everyday and if you blow dry too, strips your hair of natural oils. If it's really sweaty after a workout sometimes a quick blow dry it like for one minute then put baby powder throughout my hair and brush it... Keeps it dry and smelling fresh. Fat free frozen yogurt w honey and light whipped cream... The honey gets hard n chewy, really good.

LOVE CHEESE! Wisconsin cheese curds are the best! They deep fry them at the WI state fair and dip them in ranch or marinara... Yum. Trader joes has a great white cheddar truffle cheese. Soft goat cheese stuffed inside of dried dates or dried figs.

Avoid refined sugars. I like an acidophilus that comes in a chewable wafer from whole foods... refrigerate after opening, they taste good; strawberry or blueberry. I eat one every morning on an empty stomach. Lots of plain yogurt. (Sweeten w honey, berries or all natural fruit preserves no sugar added)

Tofu, firm tofu for baking, sautee ing and soft tofu for blending w smoothies, beans, and lots of nuts. Pea protein powder, hemp or soy protein powder.

I love it with my tofu scramble, and in my fried rice, gives it a bright yellow color, mixed w cumin its really good. Not sure about the health benefits but I hear it is an anti inflammatory.
