Sounds like you've been doing great. Don't stop now! Take a break if u need to. Don't exclude foods you like. Don't eat stuff you don't like all of the time. Have fun w it, plan meals you are excited about.

Working out helps me to relieve stress from the work day. If I'm mentally worn out, drained and stressed out from work, I force myself to work out. Makes me feel better every single time.

Same. I put it in the coffee filter w the coffee when I brew it, seriously good. I get organic cinnamon, I read non-organic has tons of chemicals.

You can bake it too, put chicken in baking pan and pour whole bottle of dressing over chicken and bake til done. Pour out excess dressing, and save a little to spoon over chicken before eating.

This! I would make the coleslaw w fat free sour cream, add a tablespoon of vinegar too gives it a nice tang. You can always season chicken w salt, pepper, garlic/onion powder, oregano and lemon, so good.

Lots of low calorie, low fat cheeses taste great imo, Jarlsberg lite Swiss, those Bonnie bell cheeses in the red wax, laughing cow etc.
