Take it a pound at a time and do it day by day... I don't think it's unrealistic considering your height but you need to eat at a calorie deficit.

I wish this happened to me! Eat whatever tastes good. High in calories: peanut butter, nuts, avocado, Icecream etc

I gain 3-5lbs every period! Totally sucks but it usually goes away in 4-5 days if I stay on track

Yes. It's different than Weight Watchers, I think on WW u can eat unlimited fruit but it's true fruit calories add up quickly, a cup of grapes is like 100 calories... But compared to a cookie or candy bar they have a lot more nutrients

Tahini is sesame butter, sesame seeds ground up into a paste, high in fat FYI but very good

I LOVE the buffet at the MGM , so many great choices if you can control yourself they have every kind of veggie, salad, protein, chicken, meat, seafood etc!

I love soymilk, I've been drinking it for years and eating it w cereal and in my coffee etc. I eat Tofu every week, I only buy organic soy though.

Rinse well, pat dry, lightly coat in seasoned flour, fry in butter, more salt before you take them out, careful they will pop and the grease will fly but omg crispy and so good

Dry navy beans, baby carrots cut in coins, tomato, onion, frozen sweet corn, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika and a dash of cumin... So good. Eat plain like a stew/soup or served over rice or potatoes

Baked potatoes w Earth Balance "butter" spread... So good! You could do meat/veggie lasagna and layer different veggies instead of the cheese.

At 5'3 I think u should weigh around 115... Maybe eat more and exercise less

Ezekiel bread - they have it at Trader Joes in the bread aisle and at Whole Foods in the freezer section. It's low carb, low fat, organic and great toasted
