Having been a daily runner in my past,you are burning plenty of calories.If you are using the containers you will see a significant change in your weight and speed.By the time you do your 1/2.I sooooo miss running. it's been almost 2 yrs

I think that's great because I know you must keep feeling leaner. Great work! As you said your self the last 10 is super tuff. They call them the VANITY pounds which you to make me pissy I always think of them as SANITY lbs.

Oops typed a whole bunch more it disappeared. I am really loving this program love the ease of the containers,and the exercise though I modify a few things am gaining strength every workout. I feel I am greeting my mindset back. How about you?

Lost 2 lbs after week one,had nerve to try on some jeans had not tried in months they are ok..not wonderful but heading right direction

Total body cardio fix...2 week,it was easier this time knew what to expect.I can not do the surrenders so did back lunges with the weights....at 63 do not need to screw up my knees.I did it the first week and my knee hurt all week.

Welcome all new,I am in my second week. I really like the containers it keeps it simple for me. I found this morning was a bit easier on my Full boy cardio fix. I have not used site in awhile. I find it helpful to post daily ( or so) with like minds. With success and struggles. One of the things I am not finding with BB they have gone mostly through FB and I have too many (friends) that do not wanna hear about it! That is why hoping to find new friends who do.
