I agree - it was that darn late night eating (along with a new medication) that caused me to gain an extra 20lbs last year. Now I need to lose that ON TOP of the 20-40lbs I was struggling with before that! Tracking food and exercise is key for me to lose weight but to look good I have to strength train! We got this!

Browsing groups for motivation as I want to get in shape for a family reunion in November 2016. I want to do cardio 5 days/week and strength train 3 days/week while keeping my calories around 1600/day. I'm vegetarian but I need to focus on eating clean, unprocessed foods.
