@RodaRose I love cooking but sometimes struggle to find the time. I prefer cooking with chicken or beef; just a personal preference. I normally either have a smoothie if i don't have much time. Otherwise I tend to have cereal or poached eggs on toast.

I use the app STRAVA, you can set up your runs and try to beat your PB's. Plus you can view other people's runs and the segments of those runs they've created and try to beat their time. I'm pretty competitive so I tend to like it haha.

Im 5'2" and am currently around 123. My ultimate goal is 110 but im not sure if thats possible so my secondary goal is 116 :) Sorry if my numbers seem so random.. im Australian so I changed kg to lbs to try to make it easier :)

I'm the same as blues4miles. I set monthly work out related goals; for example this month my goal is to run a total of 30km (I generally run 3km at a time so thats 10 runs for the month). If I reach my goal I have a small (non-food related) reward that I then buy myself to congratulate me on reaching this goal :)
