Well, FWIW I am allowing a "cheat" day for Easter. I have always allowed cheat days on holidays like that in the past.

FWIW I put peanut butter in my oatmeal. Protein + plant fats seems to stay with me till lunchtime. Also using PB means not adding sugar/sweetener to my oatmeal too.
