I forgot this started two days ago and not on Monday! But today I think I'm on track at 48/140 oz so far. I'll have to space it out a lot more, this is a lot for how long I've been up!

Hey all! I've got 100+lbs that I want to lose in the long run, but I figure 20 by 2017 is a good place to start. I also have a 5k to run in October!
