I am 71 years young, suffered from depression since my early 20s. I fight daily to not go down the rabbit hole. I am extremely overweight and have adapted a do nothing life style. I hope to gain some guidance from this group on how to get myself out of the chair for exercise and not just go to the frig.! Suggestions?

This year for lent I will add changing my sleep cycle to bed at 10:: wake at 8:00. I will add daily exercise between 8:00 and 9:00 am. God willing!
