I eat WFPB. Have since about February when hubby had some health issue. I will never go back to the SAD diet!

I use both quite a bit. Love my food processor for making dressings and hummus, but use my Ipot for rice, quinoa, soups, potatoes, etc. I just bought an air fryer and need to figure out how it works. :smile:

Me! I started WFPB in February and started going to the gym in March. I am also getting ready to take up running again and currently walk about 5 miles a day. Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like.

You should go to a store that specializes in running shoes and get fitted. Also, make sure you are stretching your calves before you run. I had horrible shin pain which sent me to an orthopedic doctor, and what I thought were shin splints were simply tight calves. Good luck!

I LOVE my Instant Pot. Since I got it a little over a week ago I've used it all but two days, and wish I would have one of the two. Last night I made low-carb buffalo chicken soup and it cooked my frozen chicken in just ten minutes after reaching pressure. I am actually excited about cooking now, and that is huge for me…

Congrats, JPS! I turn 50 in four days and still have about fifteen pounds to go to get to my goal, but I only got serious about a month ago. By 50 1/2 I hope to be fit and healthy like you! :smile:
