  • So far it definitely dominates my thoughts while I'm at home. The best thing for me is when I'm at work, the gym, or out running errands, because then I'm too busy to think about it. It hasn't been a problem yet, but I hope it doesn't become a problem.

  • I started doing low carb on July 16th 2016 because nothing else was working. So far since I did that I have lost 16 pounds. I am planning on this being a lifestyle change and not a diet because I'm tired of dieting. Can you give me the names of the LC FB pages? I will follow them, since I can use any advice I can get.
  • Wow, 7 lbs in two weeks is a lot! It has taken me four months to lose 15 pounds! You should be proud of your accomplishment.
  • I am hoping to be 20 pounds down by Christmas. I'm currently at 14.5. Also, my stepsister's wedding is in May, so I want to be looking great in an awesome dress for her wedding :)
