I am up for the challenge...3 weeks in and have lost 16 lbs! I am 5'10" and now weigh 224lbs. Would like to weigh 175lbs by July (for my Daughter's wedding). Currently working out 1.5 miles on treadmill, 5 miles on recumbent bike, and 30 minutes weight machines 4 times a week, and eating just under daily nutritional goals…
