.....it may help you increase your own personal water consumption if you enjoy the apple and cinnamon flavor, perhaps stopping mixed signals of thirst with hunger....cutting down on snacking...decreasing calorie intake....possibly resulting in weight loss....? But I do not think it burns fat all on its own.

You could measure the milk before putting it in the bowl. Pouch the fish then measure the remaining milk.

I can go all day without eating. No problem but come 7pm or so it a freaken free for all. I can binge 3000 to 5500 calories in one night And did it regularly. Tomrrow is actually my first day of logging and i hope to end this. I would love to discuss this further. I plan to lose 100 pounds and I hope to do it in one year.…

For a baked sweet potato. Heat up some black beans and corn. Add that on then top with salsa and Greek yogurt. I like to have this with chicken I grilled on the George Foreman grill with taco seasoning.
