Totally just noshed down a protein bar.... I should start weighing them. I weigh most things, including bread, it's always wrong, I actually find weighing a lot of foods easier then using spoons anyways!

This. Some weeks I lose 2 pounds of planned some weeks I lose none and some weeks I lose 3-5, but it all evens out in the end. I do however totally agree if the fluctuations are going to bother someone they should only weigh weekly or biweekly.

I can sit cross legged on the couch without having to physically grab and move my leg over the other, ( not sure if that makes sense) and I can sit like this comfortably for a long while.

My first stint here I used cups and spoons, ( I can fit alot of cheese is a measuring cup if I want too!) I didn't lose, then I got a food scale! It is your friend andit is an amazing tool! Things are going much better for me now. I definitely recommend the food scale as well.
