Look up "calorie dense foods" eat a variety of these once you know how many calories you need to maintain your current weight eat that for a couple weeks and then slowly add calories. Maybe try adding 100 a day for a week then 100 more. Once you have added 500 calories a day stick with that and see how it goes. You should…

There is a brand called Newman's here in Canada no salt added I believe. I think the best is to go spend a little time in the sauce area and compare labels. I love to bulk my jarred sauce up with lots of bell peppers mushrooms and freeze dried italian seasoning. (No sodium)

I "gained" 5.6 pounds during my cycle. I weigh daily it came on in a couple days before it started. Stayed for about 6 days then went away... plus my 2 pound loss. Make sure your logging and weighing your food.

And here we go again....... iv seen some of your posts.... not all of them but many.... I totally think you should check out the CICO "DIET" People have safely lost half their body weight doing this... without starving or doing horrible things to their bodies.... CICO is what MFP promotes.

This is an excellent choice. You can eat alot of cucumbers and even carrots for low calorie amount. Have some tea or water with this.
