Thanks Jordis. MFP say 1510 per day, but 1200 is the minimum to close my diary. It's enough, or so I though. I can easily hit 1500 a day if I think being nearer 1500 will help in the long term. Today I'm going to have about 3500 anyway.

Rankinsect you lost 6kg in month?

Thanks, that's quite helpful Rankinsect. I mean, obviously a net loss of 4kg in two weeks is double my target, so if I didn't lose much for a week I guess it wouldn't matter as long as it does start up again. I got so excited by the loss initially I thought I would smash out my targets in record time. Anyway, today is a…

Thanks, I've previously, though not using MFP, plateaued at 94kg, now it's 90. I know a few days might be too early to call it a plateau, but it seems like it.

hi Chelsea Marie I'm pretty new to this, just started hard calorie counting to kick start my weight loss after I plateaued. Take a look at my food diary, I am currently losing about 2kg a week and you only need to lose 1 per week. This should be doable, I'm on pretty low calories, but eating enough. Joe

I put mine in the same spot and only weigh once. take that as the reading. Whilst I'm keeping an eye on my weight I'm now aiming for "belly gone" rather than a target weight, though I do have a weight in mind.

loads of great stuff here: when I look down in the shower I can see the "equipment". this might sound silly, but with just a couple of Kgs off in the last week I feel lighter on my feet more bouncy. (not bouncy in the old way)

Lot's of good stuff here, I've only just (today) started logging my food in an attempt to lose weight. As a lot of people have said, I make poor food choices when I've had a few beers.
