  • I like them, since they're so dense I get pretty full nibbling them as a snack, I eat half at a time so I have yet to get any side effects. However there's cheaper bars that can compete with them just fine...
  • I love carbs. I know low carb diet is all the rage these days, but it made me feel terrible, and to be honest low fat high carb works just fine. Plus it's impossible to avoid carbs forever, so it'll be much more useful to learn to control binges than try to avoid them altogether.
  • Terrible constipation, fiber and healthy fats wouldn't help. I smelled ammonia all the time and had tons of gas and bloating. Also, very low blood sugar and blood pressure, and almost no energy all day. Kept it up for three weeks or so, then embraced my destiny as the carbs queen. I know it's a wonderful option for some…
  • I still eat all my problem foods. I want to be able to control myself, because I'm here for the long run, and I can't receive a bunch of chocolate muffins and just put on 5kgs in a week! There's food I enjoy everywhere. Need to enjoy it responsibly, is all.
  • I wouldn't worry about it. When I went from dieting only to strength workouts + diet I couldn't drop a single pound for a month or so. It was much harder to stick to my deficit, too! But give it time and stay constant and you'll be back in track in no time. Meanwhile, you can and should celebrate your current progress!
