you could try Argus by Azumio, activity and calories counter, I found it useful.

I noticed at about 10lbs- one dress size. Other people noticed at 3 stone- which was disheartening to wait that long, but worth it!!

I've done Atkins since Aug 2015- which is basically a ketosis diet in the first few months. It works - lost 4 stone and not felt hungry/deprived once.
