I currently don't have a step tracker so that would keep me occupied and active during my work day. I also try to walk after I eat lunch. Sometimes I do squats at my desk since I have a private office. I stretch a lot, too. I'd love to do more so I'm looking forward to more ideas in this threat.

5'3 and down 19lbs, consistently coming off week to week. I've always been curvy/thick as well and actually prefer myself this way. I don't have a goal weight, just to be healthy and strong.
