I'm 5'4 and ~145 pounds... the dress pants I currently have on my body are a size 8. I have a size 10 that I wear on my "fat days" but they are pretty much falling off. Most of my dress pants are 8's but I have jeans in size 8, 6, and 4 (though I wonder if the 4's are just stretched out....) usually a 6 in jeans. Not sure…

I still count calories. I've never watched a video on the internet about it. I only get 1200 calories a day if I want to lose weight so I can eat more fulfilling meals if I can eat them between 6 hours instead of picking at snacks for 12...

Ah, I had joined thinking the last day was 12/23 which works for me because my family does our big Christmas thing on Christmas Eve anyway. I still bailed early and didn't complete my logging Saturday but I'm happy with 11/12 days :) hope you all had a nice Christmas!
