Do I use it for what? If someone asked me what I weigh on any given day of the week I'd tell them what I weighed that morning. Sure, it could be four pounds or so off of my happy scale average but it is literally what I weighed that day. I'm in a few challenges on here and have "weigh-ins" Thursday, Friday, and Saturday…

I just started Zoloft a few weeks ago after being on Celexa for 7-8 years. It's only been a few weeks and the dosage I'm on apparently isn't even a "therapeutic dose" yet but I have a follow up in 10 days. Anywayyy make sure you track all of your calories. I ate a delicious lemon paczki yesterday and logged it and came in under my calorie goal! Today I was down .6 lbs from yesterday! Well I'm not going to get a chance to weigh tomorrow at my friend's house so I did today at 138.6. A little disappointed I'm still up from this weekend's goal a little bit but I'll take it! Shooting for 135 for the wedding... 1 month from tomorrow!

I was literally going to come in here and post pasta lol but you already did... rice, quinoa, etc. if you're looking for more easy calories. I agree with the above poster.... I don't pay much attention to macros and micros at the moment.

When I was a breakfast eater I would eat greek yogurt with cereal or granola in it every day. Not exactly low carb but it could be based on your selections of yogurt and cereal..

100 calorie greek yogurt 60 calories? they're tiny lately - gala apple 110 - pretzels 50 - string cheese 320 total I'm 5'4 at ~140 lbs. Trying to lose at 1100-1200/day during the week. I eat more on the weekends...
