I had three and I was fine. The next day I had more than that and that's when the problem presented itself! So I set my goal to no more than 1-3 drinks Friday & Saturday and nothing on Sunday. One might be ok... a mimosa or a hot toddy. Those don't lead me to drink all day/night.

@donimfp I live in the Cleveland area. It was 41* on my lunch break today and dropped to 19* by the time I got out of work. This time of year all I want is the warming feeling of a glass of red wine. That’s part of my problem!

I can't believe it! I woke up this morning at 139.6!!! I haven't seen this number since I was doing keto in 2016! :) 10 days till my friend's bachelorette party. I need to find something to wear! >_<

I think this would be a fun challenge for like a month... but would suck to do it every week! I'd go with bagged lettuce (usually on sale for like 2/$3 and that would make 7 salads), eggs... I’m sad also :( I loved the coke freestyle machines because you could get Diet Coke with lime from them. I went to the movies yesterday and they have one there and it was changed to ginger lime :(((((

I used to be that way so I went from never weighing myself to doing it every day. Instead of getting worked up over it it's just part of my daily routine now and is much less stressful!

This is completely OT but I remember my mom used to do the late 80s/early 90s Denise Austin videos. She has aged well! ETA I realize "she" could refer to either. I meant Denise, but my mom has aged well too if anyone cares :) Maybe there's a secret behind Denise Austin videos! :D

Thank you for posting and for your honesty. I just (last week) started therapy for a myriad of things and have heard so many times that when you go to treat depression it results in a weight gain, not loss like you experienced. I just needed to hear it can go both ways!

This reminds me I have leftover Girl Scout cookies in the pantry from last year and I just ordered more *facepalm* Thin mints are the best but I actually like trefoils (shortbread) too. And samoas.
