  • I will usually grab a cheese stick and some veggies. Alternatively I will go for a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with some granola sprinkled on top. That late I need to steer clear of carbs like crackers or triscuits otherwise I'll wake up with an insatiable hunger.
  • Addressing the weight loss, for me it was just consistency. Most important was to keep healthy snacks on hand at work. Almonds, peanut butter, cottage cheese, fruit, and cheeses.
