Those taste great! Unfortunately they arent super healthy (alot of sugar). quest bars are apparently one of the healthier brands.

hmm ok, so what if one drinks an iced skinny vanilla latte from starbucks (160 cal) but its in there calorie goal for the day. Still terrible?

I love it. I put it with a bit of organic apple juice and lemon juice in my water everyday. it helps cleanse the system and remove any bloat. Anything in moderation, but for a period at a time, I personally think it is good for you.

water, water, water. i add lemon juice, apple cider and some liquid chlorophyll to it in the morning. Seriously just by drinking a ton of water you will not feel as hungry and of course you'll help flush your system. B)
