  • Apples! Individual packs of Goldfish crackers when I'm feeling a need for salty - 130 calories so not too bad.
  • Click on their username under their picture to the left hand side of their post. It'll take you to another page. Click on their name again and you'll get to their profile and you can add them there! There is probably a simpler way, but I haven't figured it out yet. lol
  • Anyone who cares to, feel free to add me! My goal loss is 200 lbs. I've lost 15 so far since starting to really try to lose weight in January.
  • Amazing work! You look fantastic! This is such an inspirational post to see as someone who only began lifestyle changes and weight-loss a little under two months ago.
